1. Overview
ClaimFlow AI is administrative support software for insurance restoration contractors. We generate supplement documentation based on the information you provide. All output is reviewed and approved by you before submission.
2. Not Legal Representation
ClaimFlow AI does not provide legal advice, public adjusting services, or insurance claims representation. We are a software tool. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and submission of any supplement documentation.
3. User Responsibilities
You must hold a valid contractor license in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output for accuracy before signing and submitting it. You may not use ClaimFlow AI to generate fraudulent or materially false claims.
4. Data and Privacy
Your individual claim data is encrypted and is never sold to insurance carriers or third parties. We retain anonymized, aggregated data to improve AI accuracy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial months. Enterprise plans are billed annually unless otherwise agreed.
